We can only supply goods and services subject to the following terms and conditions.

Minimum Order
£50 minimum. Carriage is free. Orders not meeting our minimum order requirements cannot be guaranteed delivery or acceptance, must be paid strictly cash or cheque on delivery and carriage will be charged.

Limitation of Liability and Copyright
We accept no liability for consequential losses caused by misuse of any of our service line products or losses caused by broken or leaking containers. We cannot be held responsible for any costs which you incur if we are unable to supply an order for reasons outside of our control. We retain copyright of all artwork and designs commissioned by Minter's Fine Foods done on your behalf. Minter's Fine Foods cannot be held responsible for any copyright issues occurring from customer supplied images used on own label designs.

Bespoke Personalised Own Labelling
Own label orders once submitted cannot be cancelled. Charges for setup and origination of own label is non-refundable even should you decide not to proceed with any orders.

Payment
Payment is strictly cash (or cheque) on delivery. To open a credit account, please enquire. Orders than can only be accepted on a one for one basis. Any overdue accounts must be settled before we attempt to deliver another order. Should it be necessary to recover a debt, we reserve the right to recover all costs, fees, expenses and losses incurred by us. Interest will be charged on all overdue accounts and these amounts will accrue interest from date of payment at a rate of 2.5% above the National Westminster Bank Plc's base rate at the time.

Title
Minter's Fine Foods retain title to all goods until paid for in full. We reserve the right to enter any premises without restriction where we believe our goods are held for the recovery of these goods.

Claims
Goods delivered must be checked immediately upon delivery with the person delivering them to you. No claims can or will be entertained after delivery has been made. We reserve the right to recover carriage and handling costs where unauthorised returns are made.

Prices
We endeavour to maintain prices as shown in our price list, but regret that it may, under market forces outside our control, be necessary to increase prices without notice.
